Hi guys. I have Tokico HP's on my car right now with Eibach Pro Kit Springs. The town I was in blew my shocks and struts. My question is... will the front Koni Yellow's front insert install into the Tokico HP the same way as a stock?
Nope. Koni Yellows are inserts you have to mess around with your strut mounts.
For direct swap I would look at either Kyb Agx's or a nice upgrade to the Tokico D-spec's

I think he was asking if the Yellow's front insert will fit into the HP struts, not whether or not they're a straight swap.
I have no insight into this as my yellow's are inserted into my stock struts.
Most likely not.
I'm not sure tho.
Try it and tell us if it works
for the front strut... all geometry stays exactly the same when you install a koni yellow cartridge in a stock strut. so... if an hp has stock specs on size etc in theory it should work.
basically all your doing is cutting the stock strut right above the spring perch... you ditch the 'guts' essentially and put the koni shaft right inside the housing. its really easy once you get to it, believe me.
and hell... if they are blown what have you got to lose? if it doesnt work well then its time to hit up the junk yard for some blown stockers.
