Yes you can swap the drums for disks, popular setups include the neon swap and there have been a few with a dodge daytona swap as well. If your looking for big brakes contact karo at carcustoms.net or try turbotechracing.com
there is a way to take the front vented rotors and put them on the back, thus having a corresponding size when putting 12 or 13" on the fronts. I have the brackets designed but never pursued it
