Ok so I have a set of TOKICO D-Spec struts front and rear with Road Magnet lowering spring. My question is how do you adjust them . I have the tool that came with the struts and know where it goes in the top of the strut and know it adjust left for a firmer ride and right for a softer ride but I am a little confused as to how far I can go on the soft side due to me running 19's currently. Also how much of a difference will it make.
Another question is they are 10 way adjustable. Not sure what that really means. Probably a noob question but I'm just lost lol.
they are 16 way adjustable... a normal setting for people is go all the way in, full soft and then back 3 full turns which would be setting 6 of 16. from full soft to full hard there is quite a difference
Ok sounds good. Now my other concern is going soft would that cause if I hit a hard bump the tires actually going up and hitting the finder well?
no the struts wont be that much of a difference the pring will still keep yuor tires out
I would keep them 3 turns from soft personally.
Try them on full hard for fun, Its nuts! Rear feels like a trailer with no weight on it.
Our local 1/4 mile track has a TERRIBLE return road and i swear my ass end gets air doing 10mph on hard. lol

did you just say ur assend gets air doing it hard?
Stand in the corner and SCREAM with me!!!!
Yeah I adjusted them and holy cow at the difference. I have been riding around with them on full stiff. LMAO I know it's just how I got them and I thought that the guy I got them from had already adjusted them. So to me it is a real big difference lol. It was like a horse and buggy before and know it feels so smooth.
runnig them on our race car is great, a lot of people say stock type adjsutbales dont help at all so ill have them drive my car and ill play with them a little and its like holy crap haha

I see what you did there. LOL
I run 9 on the rear and 6 on the front and its pretty comfortable big bumps can be a pain but it works perfect other than that.

I know the feeling. I set the rears to full still at the track and man that is not an enjoyable ride back down return.
I'm usually at around the same setting as you though for the road. 4 turns from full hard for me usually.
