spending too much time on this puzzling problem

ok, the better half's car is a 99 sunflower, 2200 , and I want to make it pass out-of-province safety inspection since she won't get rid of it for another one already inspected, anyways I have been forced to stop my build till I get hers just right so far needs new muffler strap(easy), fuel system problems, installed new fpr, and have 8 spare injectors to try( since for some reason she has to have the crappy low impedance injectors), so that should take care of the fueling system problem, now the part having a hard time with, she has ABS light, can't scan the problems since says no communication but I can clear MILs, tried 2 different EBCMs made no difference, I run a bipass wire to OBD2 port to the EBCM and nothing helped.

she did get a dent just in front of the ECM in the winter, and said off and on that would go off and on prior, so basically we have comunication between ECM and cluster, btu something not right causing EBCM not to read, any help would be great, sorry if very long, been under the car and under the hood trying to get done so I can do my build and her 3400 or 3800 swap

Kind of a simple suggestion, but check the cig lighter fuse. If it pops = no obd2 port readings.

remove the abs light? did you check the resistance at each sensor? this can be done with a multimeter on ohms. maybe the pmv built in to the master cylinder? also, should check continuity between sensor wires and ebcm

cig fuse is fine, and wires to be fine, all sensors are working they are all brand new, just no communication with the ebcm, cluster, ebcm and ecm are all same beige wire

check to make sure no broken wires, ohm check from each unit to the pcm
I just fixed one recently with "no communication" -- broken wire on conn at pcm -- winter driving!!!

ya I was debating running whole new wire from pcm to the other wires, maybe fix problem, I can't see it tmattering on what gauge of wire I use
