NWF swap quick help

Anyone know the socket size for nut that goes on the bolt that holds the strut to the knuckle on the N body? I'm at work now but going later to get parts for the swap and I need to know the size. Thanks to anyone that can help!

So I'm back from the yard with some questions.... Ok I think I found everything I need except calipers and rotors. Could someone please double check this stuff out, I read most of the sticky (15 pages is a bit much) and I think everything I got is correct. I pulled the hub assembly, axle and knuckle from an auto 99 alero. I grabbed the aluminum CAs while I was in there. I couldn't find a 98+ F body at the yard so I grabbed the caliper brackets from an 01 Impala LS. Does this sound right to you guys? The two main questions I have are if the caliper brackets are going to work which I don't see why they wouldn't and the fact that the Alero was auto and my cav is 5 speed. I didn't actually buy the parts yet just pulled them and hid them, tomorrow is half off everything in the yard If any of this is wrong for some reason I'll just not pick it up tomorrow.

Sounds like you got everything. Since you got ales from an auto, you'll have to make the hybril ones using just the outters from the Alero. The F-body brakes can come from a 98-02.

Thanks Shawn. I knew I would have to make the hybrids and thats ok I guess. It's better than buying new axles and trying to find anything standard in our junk yard is next to impossible. So there shouldn't be an issue mixing my standard shafts with the auto outers? I read through the sticky and it looked like the spline count might be different so I wasn't sure.

As far as I've been able to figure out, some of the earlier 3rd gen 2.2 J-body cars had smaller mid shafts, but the 2.4s and all of the later ones have the thicker one, that is compatible with the N-body outters. It's not just the spline count, the actual shaft is 2mm lower in diameter. I had this problem on mine, being a 95 2.2 from the factory.
