ok so i was wondering if it was possible to take sunfire gt rear breaks and fit them on a standard 1995 sunfire 2.2??? not sure if there is any difference so any help will b great

Sunfires never had rear disk brakes.


Save your money. It might be worth something someday.

there is no difference between sunfire gt brakes and a standard sunfires brakes

Unless he found a old fourm car at the junkyard that has rear discs and if thats the case i would grab them in a heart beat and directlly bolt them onto your car

are you guys sure cuz i have a friend who has a 99 sunfire with disc rear so im confused?

Yes, we are sure. If your friend's sunfire has disc brakes in the rear, they are not factory. Cavalier's and Sunfires never came with rear discs. The only way to get them is to dish out the cash for an aftermarket kit, or convert part from another car to fit.
