I think most folks are using the energy suspension bushings from advance or other local parts store.

Sig'less since '02!

I see now. Only difference appears to be a thicker wall on the right bushing. I have the one to the left on my 05

i ordered the left one that measures similar to the factory bushing. i wonder if there is a difference you can feel or over a long period of time if the thinner one will wear out quicker or somthing.

do you think there will be a big difference upgrading to the 24mm from the 19mm sway bar?

Your 03 should already have a 24mm bar. Also there will be a noticeable difference when upgrading the bushings and endlinks alone

FE1 95-99 18mm
FE2 00-02 22mm
FE3 03-05 24mm

If your 03 sunfire has a factory sway bar it is equipped with the FE3 suspension package and has a 24mm front sway bar. Unless this is for a different car you shouldn't have a 19mm sway bar and no need to buy that one on ebay

Yours isn't the first post I've seen about that metal sleeve making an oval in the rubber...... makes me wonder how good of an idea those urethane control arm bushings are... Between that and them "popping" back out of the arm....

I am thinking about calling them. The suckie part is I just got another set. For my aluminum control arms
