ok ive gone to pretty much every damn junk yard and cant find one neon with rear discs so my question is simple will intrepid ones work? and if so what years will? and what will i need to do
All years will work Just go and grab a pair off a newer model and you can use the backing plates cause they are not rusted to high hell everything is the same exept the abs hump so it will be up instead of flush with the bracket, machining should be the same and you can use all the calipers and ebrake shoes that came with the intrepid
I used the parts from a 97 intrepid for my swap. No issues at all. Only difference is the amount of meat left after machining to match the jbody hub.
"Oil Leak ? What oil Leak ? Oh, Thats Just The Sweat From All The HorsePower!!"
Difference in the amount left in a good or bad way? More left on the neon or the intrepid brackets?
interested in this as well what lines did you guys use and where would i get them?
More or less in a bad way but thats the way people see it cause the abs hump makes it that way cause its up instead of the neon which is down and the whole thing gets lopped off when machining.
I reflared the stock metal lines on the car to make my life easier. I can get the -4x3/16 inverted flare adapters all day long at a local speed shop so I chose to go that route.
If I remember correctly the caliper adapter depends on the manufacture date or something like that, been a while since I did mine.

Will those disks work on a 92 z24?
since the rears the same as a third gen yes but its not a bolt on either way
