Just run all three...
But sway bars make a bigger difference.
Paying someone to install parts and bragging about it being fast, is like watching someone bang your wife and being proud to raise their kids.

w3rd
your'e forgetting about a rear tie bar though op
a k-brace doesn't replace a sway bar in front... they do different things.

It turns the "U" shaped subframe into a box(stiffer, sturdier, less prone to flexing).
Boost > N/A
180hp in 1989 or 260hp in 2008, you decide. Quad < Ecotec
good plan.
the k brace will help to make your subframe much more rigid in a nutshell.
Run all of them. We carry a very nice K brace, which most everyone gets.

Yup and I'm very happy with mine.
Near perfect fit and looks good under there.
And yes it'll fit the auto transmission as I've got one.
Here's a pic of the K-brace from TTR.
Old pic but you get the idea.
I can tell you that my car is stiff as heck on the chassis. No flex whatsoever which makes highway driving at speed feel like you're in a BMW it's so tight.
Kbrace and swaybars for a very sweet ride you'll never knew you had.
Good luck.
