Relocate your brake booster?
You can't just "relocate" it. You would have to move the pedal assembly, or build some sort of linkage, neither of which is easy.
Or, do you mean the location of the vacuum port used for the brake booster has moved from the stock location? If that's what you mean, you're fine. As long as the booster has LMV, you can hook it anywhere. With a cam, you'll most likely be pulling less vacuum, so if you're pulling enough vacuum to collapse that hose, you have issues.
