I got under and found where i bolt up my cross member... but then i notice... basically right where i bolt it up... BAM!

anyway does anyone else have this problem? and anyone have a quick fix on how to fix? lol
it is on both sides... and it sucks...
Is that body filler?
I'd say pull it out if you can, but that's doubtful. Replacement or patching may be your only option.

cut it out and weld in a new piece....
yea the rear fram rails seam to rust and flake up on all the cavs ive looked under her in ct. thanx new england winters. u need to cut that rust out and weld in some new steel. since u have it out u could weld a nut inside for your irs to.
