I've ordered the 22mm Eibach Rear Sway Bar and with that size, I wanted to keep my FE2 22mm Front sway bar to keep a relatively neutral feel. To complement the new rear sway bar, I thought about replacing the factory bushings and endlinks with Poly Bushings and Endlinks (ie: Energy Suspension Products) for the front FE2 sway bar. As of right now I'm looking at:
- Energy Suspension Polyurethane Sway Bar Bushings; for 7/8" Dia. Bar; 2 Bushings and Brackets - Red

- Energy Suspension Polyurethane Sway Bar End Link Set; 2-3/8" Spacer Length; 2 Per Set - Red

Anything else I should purchase for the sway bar bushing upgrade? Are 2 D Bushings and 2 End Links enough? If anyone has any install pics that would be great! Thanks!
I didn't think that Eibach made a 22mm rear for us, only 25.4mm for both front and rear.
I ran the addico 25.4mm front bar on my car for an autox event(no rear sway) and I had to play with the dampening on my Teins in order to get the rear to kick out. I have a Progress 22mm rear sway on now and the car handles great with no noticeable bias.
I had poly endlinks on my stock sway and there wasn't that much of a noticeable difference, but the front sway was very noticeable.
its an old concept. time for something new to take the reigns. - Z yaaaa
ANTI-ROLL SINGLE SWAY BAR KIT (REAR SWAY BAR ONLY)
# 3860.312
Rear: 22mm
I think Eibach did originally have the 26mm F 26mm R sway kit, and looking back at old forums it seems that was the case, but I think now the only rear sway I could find made by Eibach was the 22mm. From your post above, it seems that you recommend ditching the FE2 22mm sway bar for the 26mm aftermarket rather than just replacing the front sway links and bushings. I know that some people loved the feel of the factory front sway bar (22mm) with the 22mm rear. Anyone else have experiences with keeping the factory sway bar?
yea, eibach only makes a rear in 22mm. the addco is the inch one
