I was wondering how u can tell if the rear strut mount's are gone because my car seems too sound like mounts are done but i dont know hiow to check them, seems more the right rear left is ok, when i get same a nice pothole on right side the rear right makes a plastic cracking sound, but sometimes not often but here and there the right takes potholes but guess depends how deep they actually really are and if i hit the side of the pothole so doesnt drop as much, anyhows what do you guys think. ?
and when i'm pulling out of a plaza and say i turn right out of somewhere, it sounds like the wheel is dropping and can is falling back on top after.
Hope i can get good advice here.
Thanks.

it will be very loud, clunky, and annoying for pretty much any bump. basically picture a bunch of lumber bouncing around in the back of a pickup.

On the rears I would just pull them out and inspect them. It really is very easy. You just have one bolt that holds the shock to the trailing arm on the bottom. Two bolts at the top that you get to from inside the wheel well and one nut that you get to from the trunk at the top.

Its not all the time which confuses me because sometimes i will pull out of a plaza or go over a pothole i would think would do something and she takes it like a rubber clunk which is good lol but just trying to figure it out before she goes in for work and stuff in a few weeks when i got some cash to spend on her, shes on stock shocks and eibach pro lowering springs 1.5'' drop but its not cause its lowered, which was lowered 60,000K's ago, only the front mount's needed to be replaced so figuring finally the original rear shock mounts are starting to go now, anyone think it would be a good idea or not to put a upper cross bar or sway bar is it called across in the back when i do the mounts which i am more than sure it is What do you peeps think.
