Ok, this may be in the wrong forum but it's the only one i could think came close.
So, I bent the cross brace on my rear axle, which caused some major alignment issues so it needs to be replaced. What needs to be done to remove this rear axle? From what i understand you need to unbolt the struts and the connections to the cars sub frame. Brake line needs to be disconnected, same with park brake cable.
I assume there's more to it then that so what, if anything, am i missing to do this?

thats about it, just did mine too.
Electrical connectors for the wheel speed sensors (ABS Sensors). Make sure you unplug them before taking out the strut bolts. If you don't the rear axle will hang from them and that's bad.
Alright, thanks. But i guess that's not going to be my problem anymore. My dad just came home and told me that a guy that works for him, we bought him a $100 front impact 2002 sunfire and he's putting the rear end from that in my car for.. well the sunfire.
