I plan on lowering my Z once I get the right parts to do it, I've already got Eibach sportlines and Tokico D-specs. I'm wondering if I'd need to get new strut mounts, or if mine will be good enough?
Car has roughly 120k miles on it, I'm guessing the mounts are the originals.

If I were you for the small cost I would def install new front mounts rears may be ok,but once again cheap enought to just do it and you know its all good then.
I would invest in the mounts while everything is apart. My front mounts are bad and the car vibrates worse than a quarter massage chair!
definetly replace the mounts , they will be worn out.
you figure the wieght of the car plus 120K miles of road grime has attacked those mounts. this means that they are possibly dried out, cracked, missing balls(the bearing in the front mounts).
the rears are ussually cheap mainly cause the lack of the bearing. some vehicles have the bearing as an option to replacing the whole mount. when i did them on my bonneville that was the case. it was 50 dollars for the whole mount and only a little under 10 dollars for the bearing.
ultimately i vote for replacement
