how do you bleed the ABS

Just as the title says how do you bleed the ABS. I recently put the big brakes on the car and the MC drained all the way down. I tried to bleed the brakes and Im having no luck with it. I looked at the abs module and don't see where there are any bleeders.

Might have to go to a dealer and have them open the valves with a Tec-2. Had to do that with my friends Bravada, but no for sure on our cars.

I read the threads and they said to start the car for 10 seconds, if the abs light blinks for the first 3 seconds and goes off repeat the 10 second procedure. If not a Tec-2 would be needed. Then the ABS is ready to bleed. But where does it bleed from? I see nothing that looks like a bleeder.

I went through the same thing and f it and deleted it.
I'm glad I did because I've got much more control over the modulation of the brakes.
The abs on the 'blu never did work anyway.
Here's how I did mine and make sure that you check out the master cylinder page too.
It's not the best written but should give you some ideas on how to do it.

Transporter or Tim has a good how to also if you get in touch with him.
He did it differently and I've seen a couple of different ways to do the abs delete.
Remember that you'll have the abs light come on all the time when you do this but I really didn't care about the light.
Good luck.

Definitely delete the ABS. But if you decide not to I found instructions on how to bleed it in my Haynes manual.

There should be two bleeder valves on the front side of the module, you have to bleed both of them before you bleed all four wheels.

Granted this was on my '98, and I think they changed ABS modules in '00 didn't they?

Paying someone to install parts and bragging about it being fast, is like watching someone bang your wife and being proud to raise their kids.

Yeah instead of being directly attached to the MC it is connected by 2 braided lines and held on by a bracket. It looks nothing like my 96 setup.

The 00+ cars don't have bleeder screws. You have to take it to the dealer.
