I have 99 cavalier Z24 which currently has abs light on the dash, I went through abs fuses under the hood and saw the mini 20 amp fuse for abd was not lighting my tester light but all others were fine, is that fuse suppose to light up? what part of the abs system is it for? as I can't find any information, but every other fuse lights up and holds power but that one, lights up and dies with key in on position. Any help would be great

I would think it could be the main relay under the hood that is bad I would try thay first.
