I'm wondering if I would be able to install my suspension and get an alignment.....then a few weeks later replace my control arm bushing along with ball joints with effecting the alignment?

depends... check the ball joints to see if they've been replaced. if they're riveted, they have not, if bolted they have. if the have,do it. either way, i'd get the alignment CHECKED, if even the slightest bit out of spec, have it aligned,
either way, get it all done, then get it aligned. won't hurt.

Do it all at once and get one alignment...ideally you should align it after such mods/repairs.
