I did some searching and didn't find what I was looking for. My manual says the 03 and up E-brake cable isn't adjustable, and that the shoes need to be replaced or adjusted. It does give the low down on how to do it for earlier years. I just got this car on Thursday, and had surgery real early on Friday, so I haven't been able to dig in to it like want to. Hoping to get out there today or tomorrow, just don't want to go in blind as my energy isn't back up yet, and I only have a little over a week to get it inspected. My 02 was easy as can be, never any trouble getting it to tighten back up.
