It's time to change out the rotors. They're warped. Does anyone have a suggestion for rotors that are more resistant to warping? I'm running ceramic pads (if I remember correctly) and I've heard they're easier on the rotors.
The type of rotor shouldn't matter that much for warping, some might be made of different materials, and of different quality but they should wear the same. warping (uneven wear) is caused more by bad alignment on the hub, and caliper pins and bushings not sliding correctly.
Just make sure you clean your new rotors (whatever brand) with brake parts cleaner so you get all the packing oil off of them. They should not warp.
