I can't imagine a strut brace getting in the way of a CAI, seeing as how the CAI would be down near the wheel well.
its a 2200 not an eco or a 2.4 the TB is in the back... the cai goes from the back by the FW to the wheel well

Well,
The Vibrant bars are the one of the 'straightest' bars out there.
Meaning they don't bend in on the ends like a Freedom Design or Ractive style.
There are some ebay ones like that as well.
So there is a chance it will fit.
If it doesn't, chances are you'll need to go with the GM brace since it bends back to the firewall.
I think thereis a pic. of someones blue Vibrant brace and the 2200 intake installed.
Can't remember if they could/could not use it or not.

Remember....syringes go in the RED waste basket.
Hey man, i just installed my Vibrant strut bar in the front and had NO Problems putting it in, and mine only slightly rests against the intake, i have a weapon R intake and its fine, now if i can just figure out the rear id be in business lol. Not to jack the thread but if anyone put in a rear strut bar, can you tell me where you bolt it down? Because i only have two nuts left and the rear only has one bolt and the other one is a stud? Any help would be appreciated. And Z Cavi, you'll have no problem with it, and you'll love it.
