That thing seems to fit perfectly, would avoid the ECU completely, so you wouldnt have to move it.
Now the question is, does anyone know where to get that, or is it custom made?
if you notice thats a 2.4 so I dont know if that makes a difference
LE61T PTE6262 Powered
Shoot i didnt see that. Why is there a 2.4 in a 03-05, did they replace it with one??
thats an 00 converted to an 03 front end for bomex
Well that sucks! I guess the quest for the perfect 03-5 cavalier strut tower bar continues

http://www.gmpartsdirect.com or dealer, .com is cheaper though
actually, i believe that is the rsm brace for the ecotec on that car... the only pic they have of their front bar is not on a cavalier though...
What kind of modification is needed for the GM one? Is it something simple I could do with a small set of tools?
pretty easy if you own a dremel and a drill
dc sports tested 1 on my g/fs 02 eco when it was there
im still waiting for the bar though

DC Sports. Actually made for the Ecotec. I got on a couple weeks ago and if fits perfect. Jegs has it for $91, it was here in 3 days.
Yeah, I can tell some difference. I dont have pics yet. I will try to get one tomorrow, but the picture jegs shows isnt the actual one.
what about the few form RKsport. how well do they fit
i used teh gm one with no problem
1989 Turbo Trans Am #82, 2007 Cobalt SS G85
I want to simply bolt the bar on without having to bend or move any of the other components. If this is the case, should I buy the DC Sports one?
Yeah looks real similar to the RSM front.
NJsHondaKilla has it on his 04 Sunfire.
Avoids the computer module perfectly.

Remember....syringes go in the RED waste basket.
Anyone else notice... ? That's a Toyota Cavalier!
Must be the guy that put an 03 front end on... I think there's only one.

Cool, ordered it from Jegs. That is the FIRST mod to my car. Trying not to put any money into it since I probably won't have it much longer than a year or so.
The DC Sports strut bar for the Ecotec is $90.95 from Cardomain.com with FREE shipping by the way.
That is where I'm getting mine!
Here's the RSM front brace, same as the one pictured in design, but this picture shows it on an Eco with the computer still mounted

Thanks to Adam (NJs Honda Killa) for the pic.
