hey everytime i go to slow down or stop.my car seems to hop is there anything i can do suspension wise to fix this problem.i was thinking maybe a sway bar.but not sure

If I understand it correctly then it could be worn out control arm bushings. I'd change those with the prothane ones if I were you.
