Like it says, I have a squeaky noise coming from the right front shock/strut.

To be alittle more clear, it does it when I go over any kind of bump (small holes, speed bumps, just about anytime when I am pulling into any kind of incline.)...It kinda sounds like an old bed spring, like a creaking sound.

Hope that helps to better explain this...

What could this be from, I am lowered 2" and on KYB's.

Is there something wrong with either of them, and should I get this checked out at ?

sounds like a bad strut mount to me.


this is my sig

So the strut and springs should be fine, right ?

What could have caused this problem, and how can i avoid it later on ??


All I would have to do is buy some strut mounts and have them put in.....

What would be some good aftermarket strut mounts....

bad mount.

Being lowered 2" on KYB struts is not a good idea.

what about the struts.....what would be a good set to get, where i am lowered 2"

Maybe Tein's new struts, but I dont know what they are rated for lowering wise.
