coil over shocks

I was wondering if anyone can tell me anything about coil over shocks on ebay. I was looking for parts for my 99 cavalier z24 and I found alot of coil overs for like $40. Why are they so cheap? There is lots of them on ebay and I was wondering if they are any good? They are most likely used but some say brand new in box.

Read that, its the suspension FAQ and it will tell you everything you asked and more. Next time, read the STICKY topics at the top of the forums as they usually have info for people just starting out.
