thnx jay
hmm, i think the only real solution to your problem is to keep redoing them until you get all the leaks out. Test them with soapy water. I know I have leaks in mine because my car is on the ground in the morning but it doesn't bother me at all.
Wrap more tape on it next time.
I am all that is man
Take off those fittings, wrap 3-4 times around with teflon tape. Tighten the shiet outta them by hand until you can't tighten anymore... don't hang off of the wrench with your weight, but put some umph into it... mine have not leaked since I installed it 6 months ago. Not 1 psi leaks from anywhere. You are probably not using enough teflon tape or not tightening them enough. My arms were sore like I worked out after I was done with my installation.

using more than 3-4 wraps can actually make it worse, also make sure that the threads are smooth, I know some air tanks have realy rough threads on their ports, grab ya a wire brush and make sure it's smooth otherwise it'll eat away all the tape. Also make sure you're wraping the right direction.
