Ive been considering upgrades for my shocks for a while now but i dont know which ones to go with.i would like to do some auto cross in the future(when the car is ready and i get better at my driving) but im not sure. ive been looking at the coil over kits where the adjuster sleeve and spring just slide over the shock, but i dont know how durable they are and how long they last. all input is welcome and wanted.

good brands of coilovers are Ground Control, and RK Sport.....in either case go with Koni struts. gravana just came out with their full coilover/strut setup. its a direct bolt on, and it looks sweet. hes running a GP on it right now
