Well my air compressor went for a crap yesterday. I blew the bearings inside. I was just wondering what compressor seems to be the best and where is a good place to get one from. Thanks alot for any help

Well, my first choice is Craftsman.. Husky has a few nice ones too. You can get Craftsman at Sears and the Husky at Home depot.

Umm... I will assume you are talking about an air ride compressor because you posted in the Suspension and Brake forum. I would recommend a Viair 380. I have had these for some time and they have not given me any problems. I believe a lot of ppl here have ran viair 450's as well and are quite happy with them.

i have a viair 450 and its great. ive had it for about 10 months now and havent had a single problem

Ive got two VIair 450s. I love them.

ANd the thermal protection does work well on them. THey get to hot they will shut themselves off.

If you have the money go for the new Viair 480.
