does this happen to alot of u guys? my tires are rubbing off the lip of the quarter panles. when i lay it out...what do most of u guys use or do to blend it all in or what....give me some ideas before i start going to town beating the hell out of them lips....i have some ideas..... Got pics also that would reallllllly help me

Roll the lips.
I used the wooden handle of a hammer to carefully roll the lips up so I would clear easily. JUst have to keep adjusting the height so you wedge the handle in between the tire and the fender and work the lip up.

yeah the front is pretty easy to do but im talking about the rear...im thinkin maybe a grinder?

just beat the lip up with a hammer and dolly do it roght no small dents do it wrong you'll get a bunch of tiny dent around the outside of the wheelwell
welp i fixed them lips....GRINDER, grinder took them babys clean off and looks good...so now i got what i want, drive around with the ass end down and the front up

I see all the time and it makes me sick. I see so damn many air ride equiped cars and trucks driving with front ends locked all the way up and back all the way down.
Many times they cant see were they are going and have to lean forward to see.
Is it to show off and make sure everyone knows you have bags?

i did it b/c people love to see ur ass end slammed and it looks crazy...so whatever ur into...i do it for the fun....gotta love air. i hate body kits....b/c it holds me up from slamming it when driving to throw sparks. so i think its cool haha we all cant be the same...right?

well i just found out today...when i was trying slam the car when moving...it dont work....the wheel rub on the inside of the wheelwell where the undercoating all is....is suckkkks...well i cut up all my fender lips and quarter lips and i got NO WHERE.....

yes i guess it is part of wanting to show it off
... Sometimes if im just slowly crusing around, ill ride with the front up and the back down in my truck. The only reason i ride like that is so i can turn... when your tucking 4" of the rim up in the fenderwells (not including tires) you sorta have to lift it up in order to turn! If you were to see me when im crusing around, you would probably laugh at me... as long as im driving in a strait line.... the truck is level and about 1" off the ground... as soon as i come up to a turn, i pop the front end up enought to untuck the tires, make the turn, then slam it back down...
I wish i could roll around slamed all the time, but when ya cant turn.. it kinda sucks. Just rolling with the front up just makes it easyier so im not constantly playing with the switches.. Now if im not in a switch hitting mood, then i lift the entire truck up so its level.
^^^^ Now that I understand. I roll tucking tire also and I cant turn. SO I pop it up, turn, and drop it back down.
But I was refering to those people who drive 10 miles down a straight road and have the front up so high its stiff and bouncy while the back is damn near draging.
