I don't think i'll order from A+ just now as I'm still waiting on my bodykit that I ordered a month ago.

I will be looking to buy front and rear in 2 weeks, after I finsih my front bushings.
So my question is. What's the difference between the different brands? Pretty much say RSM and Vibrant, besides the big price difference?

The 95-97's can use the GM factory brace for sure. I don't know about the Vibrants at Gravana. I like the factory brace the best(it mounts to the firewall as well and is very stiff).

Thats too bad. I know Jason and theres even a review on his place in off topic or AG or somewhere, nothing but good remarks. Try him on AIM and see whats up.

It could be too that in some cases Jason orders parts and has them sent straight to the buyer, so maybe the suplier is backed up.

The only difference between brands for the most part is price. Although some are stronger then others, and some are designed a little better to fit your car. Just see what people have and what works well.

I have a Vibrant on my '00 from Jason at A+. Went right on without a problem.

I pretty much figured there wasn't much in difference. I asked GM if they make strut brace for a 02 cavalier, he said no, and that they only made them for Monte Carlo. In that year.

The only 'stock' strut braces you will find for our cars are off of convertables, since they dont have the roof for body strength.

Why would you like a brace that mounts to the firewall??? The firewall seems like too much of a flexible point to mount a brace to me... Just a thought...

uuumm it mounts to the firewall AND the strut towers, three mounting points are better than 2, and if your firewall flexed all that much your car would fold in half .

^^ What he said. Think of where your firewall is, then make it flexible... oops.
