hi people, sometimes i notice there is a squeak in the front end somewhere as im turining left, i searched and i found no real answers, any help would be appreciated, thanks.
Need more detail. How fast are you going when it happens? Is it a continuous noise, or does it jitter/flutter when it happens? Does it ONLY happen when you turn left? Does it happen on smooth and bumpy roads? What about when hitting the brake.... or accelerating?

it usually happens when im turning left slowly and not touching the break, and when i accelerate it stops, i dotn here it when im driving straight or turning right or even making a quick left turn, i do know im due for pads and i need new strut mounts
Well I can tell you that strut mounts will make a funny creaking noise when they are bad, and obviously pads will squeal when they're done for.
Sounds like it might be a wheel bearing. Wheel bearings will squeal when gently turning the wheel, usually noticed at high speeds. If it is a wheel bearing, it would probably be your front passenger side wheel. Jack that wheel up, grab the tire at the top and bottom, and try to wiggle it. If there is any slop, it is probably the wheel bearing. Try the other wheels too.
Other then the bearing, it might be a CV joint, although they will rarely make a squeeking noise (usually a thunking). Bad CV joints are very hard to catch unless you can easily recreate the noise.
I'd get your brakes and mounts done before you invest in other parts.
