Okay i got the 99 and below monroe strut mount kit from Advance auto, does it come with the spring seat or do i need to get it, and what else would i need for a conversion of a 00+ to 99 and below?

It does not come with the spring seat/ You will need to order new spring seat as 2000 and above use different seat due to different strut mount design. The part is more than likely dealer specific.
I replace both upper and lower insulators as well...
As far as i remember you should have no modification to do you just need to repace mounts.
