Yeah, my brake lights are on all the time, no matter what. The pedal is not stuck, its normal, no problems there. My rear drums have been getting noisy lately, could they be causing the brake light?
I need an answer pretty soon because I just noticed it today, and I parked the car about 5 hours ago, they are still on
I dont know what to do

follow thhe pedal up inside the dash and you should see what looks like a little bottum that should be pressed in and that turns off the lights. it might have gone bad on ya i have had it happen twice on other cars. my aunts old pulsar had a plug pop out and give it that same prob. but i would check that button first.
the view is all the same unless your the lead dog.
yah its called a Brake Switch, ask the parts store for a Brake Switch..fit the new one in place..you've problem be solved, haven't bought one for a cavy but they usually aren't expensive..one thing to keep in mind..when your fitting the new one in place...they usually are auto adjusting..so don't push the pin on the switch in, keep the brake pedal pushed down in other words till its in place
i had a similar problem and it turned out to be my brake light switch. somehow i had melted the insides of the switch. autozone didn't have the part in stock and said it would cost about $12. i ended up buying a new switch at advance auto parts and it was just under $10 and they had it in stock.
