I have a 96 cavalier Z24 and i bought the bomz racing coilovers for the 95-99 generation. when i went to put the coilovers on first none of the o-rings fit so i had to rig it there and then when i went to put the cap back on, the coil is over an inch too big and there is no way that you could screw the cap back on and the coil is too small to compress itself but really wat would be ther point of that. any ideas would really be appreciated... thanx

The best thing to do is take them off and buy a safe reliable set of coils like Ground Controls. Even if you don't put aftermarket struts on. You should not have to rig anything to make part of your suspension fit like you described.
If the coil is too short there really is nothing you can do LOL. They sent you a wrong set of coils most likely.
no, bomz coilovers are just a generic piece of @!#$. thats why.
