vibrant strut mount braces placement

okay i've got a 2.2 ecotec and i hear you have to move the pcm to another loaction am i correct? if so could anybody post me a picture i looked but i really can't find anything, thanx.

You dont HAVE to move it, but you can if you want.

This is what I did with my car, but like I said, some guys have just bent the bracket and got it to fit fine, you just have to adjust the brace off the car because you can't spin it to tighten it with the PCM in there.

That's how i installed my Viabrat STB on my 04 sunfire... did have to bend the ECU bracket down a tad because the plugs were against the brace.

I installed the GM STB. I took the mount of the PCM. Then I bent the bracket so the the PCM was vertical instead of horizontal. Then I mounted it to a bolt on the firewall next to the AC dehydrator.
