Just put in a Vibrant upper front strut bar and its awesome. I was wondering what would be the best thing to tighten up the rear . Would a rear upper brace do, or would a sway bar be better, or would that give me more under-steer?

you can do a rear strut bar and a sway bar
sway bar, deffinetly, and possibly some adjustable struts, I have KYB's with a Addco rear sway bar, and I love it.
