I have been driving on cobblestone and potholes for 2 years. i try to mix in a healthy diet of road plates when i can. After years of abuse my ride feels very unstable, if i stop quickly my whole car jumps, kinda like the ABS feeling only the entire car gets it. If i am driving on the highway over 70 and hit some pavement that kinda undulates it feels like i am going to die. I don't know if you alignment is bad, or if my suspension is fuct. Has anyone had this and what can I do for a bit of a smoother ride. I just want the potholes to feel like potholes and not like i'm hitting the curb

What struts are you running? They're probably blown if theyre still the stockers.
toast looks like time for new ones.
Stock struts will get pretty worn after about 60Kmi of normal driving. If you're hitting potholes and cobble stones all the time you can easily cut that in half.
If you're up to the task you can get stock replacement struts fairly cheep and DIY for ~$200.
If you have to take it in, prepare for ~$600.
There
may{/I] be other damage as well, ball joints and who knows what else. If you're really unsure I recommend you take it to a professional, or friend who knows his stuff.
