I have the Easystreet air ride kit and i have 18 X 7.5 +40 Offset rims
with 225/40/18 tires and when i slam it all the way down the tires sit on the front fender linings the plastic peice that covers the inside of the fender when it goes down i can hear my tires making a rubber screetching sound on the fender linings, is this ok to let the car sit on those? is there anything i can do to stop it from sitting on those outher than removing them? is there anyway i can stop the screetching sounds from the tires when it goes down on them? i didnt have this problem till yesterday because i went to go get my alighnment done and now its doing that because the tires seem more outwards than before, but my alighnment is strait now, but now i have this problem, can anyone help?

roll your fenders. that noise is the fender rubbing on your tire.
the tires do not rub on the fenders, they only rub on the fender linings, and im talking about the front tires
its hitting your fenders i bet. lower your car and see if you can fit anything between the fender lip and the tire. im about 95% positive its that lip on your front fenders thats catching your tires. just roll your fenders
Dude im telling you its not, i watched it go down the fender is not touching or bending the fender lining is getting pushed up though, ill probably take a pic l8er so you can see
i had the same problem. i just tore out the plastic just one half of it.i dont see any other way out of it unless you stop rolling so low.
I took mine out.
Once you take it out you will see a sharp edge up near your bag that your tires will rest on. Take a hammer and beat the crap out of that to make it lay over on its side. THis will get you alot closser to the ground also.
Now you will still most likely be resting on something unless you do like I did and start cutting away metal
I cut out enough crap so that I can still drive straight without rubbing when all the way down.

ESB: what exactly did you cut and do you have pics?
ESB @!#$ owns, when in doubt get out the cutting wheel or plasma cutter!

Thats exactly what I did to mine. Thanks to you! My front tucks pretty nicely. I am sure I could tuck more on the front if I do some more work to the fenders.
If you didnt roll your fenders. DO IT!
