what struts ?
If they are OEM style replacements then you shouldn't need anything else.
I just helped a friend drop his Civic (similar procedure), and auto parts stores have a little kit full of washers and bushings that come in handy. We actually had to use a dremel to cut a few bolts (they were rusted on and we were lazy), but I don't think that will be a problem. Other than that, you won't really need anything else.
keep the dremmel away from your car
you can take everything off and put it back on with hand tools if you don't have air tools.
breaker bar
socket set
torque wrench
maybe some WD40
spring compressor (just rent it at the auto store)
and a hammer to tap out the front steering knuckle bolts.
however I do recommend using an impact wrench if you can borrow one. it will make getting the top nuts off allot easier.
the struts im thinking about are the kyb agx's if that helps. sorry i didnt add that.

With the AGX set up you MAY need some washers, but as I understand KYB includes them in the box now, nothing major. look for the bradiscool.com there is a spring install there. i will get you through nicely.
thanks for the help guys.
