I was wondering if anyone knows of a way or has lowered just the rear of thier car to make the wheel gap even front to back, or atleast closer to being even. I think the rear would only need to come down a half inch to an inch but im not sure. I dont want to lower the whole car right now cuase of roads and not too much money to spend.
Anyone have any ideas or thoughts?
thanks
you can but its not the right thing to do
The only way to do it without replacing springs is to use spring compressors. If you use spring compressors it will put more wear on your rear shocks and it may make your handling poor.
I wouldn't reccomend it.
Just get the Eibach Pro-Kit... lowers a little over an inch and should even it out.

get coilovers....
but your car is designed to have positive rake.... not be even... the body is higher in the rear for a reason.
pro kit is 1.4 inches all the way around. its still gonna have positive rake.
put a big ass box and some subs in the trunk, or just throw some cinder blocks or pavestones in if moneys tight
i am kidding aboot the blocks and stones btw
i transported 4 cinder blocks in my trunk to hold down a tent for a car show....god not only did it make it even but it felt like a had a whole nother car in the trunk...car handled like @!#$
thanks for the info everyone, I will just wait a while. Didnt really think there was a good way to do what i was asking but figured i would check, and now i know.
