figured if i cant get a response from him thru his site maybe this a problem not just im having but other people are having too?! bought the front rear strut bar set from him on july 15th. Still nothing yet, no responses from emails nothin. is this a problem just im having or is other people having this problem too? i want these in before i put my full suspension on so i can have my J dropped for the 107.7 car show aug 13th but things arent looking good this is holding me up. hopefully jim sees this. and is neone else having a problem ordering from him too?
do you really think gravana is gonna screw you? they are one of the top suppliers for us. i would never be worried about jim or matt ripping me off. try picking up the phone

I called them yesterday. Someone answered the phone, and they got back to me in 30 minutes or so after looking up the info I wanted.
My e-mails go unanswered too, I figure it's probably to do with the number of e-mails they get and possibly some spam filter. (Damned spammers)
The lesson to be learned is that you need to pick up the phone and call people.
from what i remember jim saying when i was there , and talking about the strut braces with him , vibrant had some production issues , not sure exactly what , but they are back ordered on them
and as easy as the braces are to put on , id just go ahead and do your suspension , and do the braces once they come in
i think jim is still having issues with his emails , he even has problems getting mine from work , and my personal email
also jim is busy trying to get cars ready for SEMA , so he is in and out of the shop alot , he has a SS , REDLINE , 2 SOLSTICES , COBALT SEDAN , all to get ready for it
when I talked to him last week he didn't have the solstices in yet
yeah crum came down today with his lowered cav and now mine will be lowered by next week. i just need it in my life. yeah im gonna try the phone tommorow. im just so lazy that im setting records here. i never said anything about thinking jim was going to screw me so you were wrong on assuming that. i was just wondering if i was the only one in this situation. I know jim has a great reputation on here and would not want to talk smack on someone who has my money and the product still i mean comeon now here. Just asking a few questions. yes i will call him tommorow. and crum if you read this.......its coming.

yeah vibrant has problems with the front bar and the new ones are still being shipped to jim now. i ordered mine a couple days ago and jim said he'd have them to be by the 25th, he has great customer service.
rear bars have no problems and should be shipping on time

yeah i know you dont need to have strut bars to lower it im just lazy and cant see myself lowering it and then undoing the bolts to put the bars on. too hot too. if the rear bars are shipping on time maybe they're just waiting till the front ones are coming in to ship mine out together? just guessing. was out of town all day so i didnt get a chance to call. ill call tomorrow
If you bought a set I don't see why they should only send you one... My opinion. For sure you'll have to unbolt it tho put the bar on, but it's nothing big. 6 bolts...
