best strut mounts for d-specs

Anyone have an opinion on which strut mounts to use with my new d-spec strut/spring kit - are the kyb's any stiffer than other brands - also I remember seeing a post about a notch in the factory mount that Monroe's don't have. Any advice would be appreciated as I want to install these this Friday if possible so, if I need to order - I need to order now!

Thanks,
Mike

between all the oem strut mounts, there really is no difference...

its steel surrounded by rubber.

different shapes and stuff, but no performance difference.

if you want something upgraded, contact mcmoney for a set of these.....

other wise than those, everything else is simply oem replacement.

Are they true pillow balls or just camber adjustable - and how much did they run ya?

Who's mcmoney?
I think my NEW OEM replacements aren't working out for me. The raised piece of metal above them is breaking off... like the inner plate of the mount is hitting it. I'm also getting crazy noises - which I think are ball joints and it's going in the shop for those.
Can anyone offer some suggestion about the mounts? I can get pictures if it helps.
