saw this:

wondering how good this kit really is? do the brake lines really help for the extra money? how is the braking in wet/dry conditions?

i need to upgrade my front brake system and im wondering what would be a good kit to buy for the money.

what do you guys think?

its alot better than the stock stuff is

and the stock brake lines swell when you hit the brake pedal , which means your loosing stoping force at the caliper , due to the pressure loss it taks to expand the rubber lines

the braided lines do not expand like the stock rubber lines , which mean you dont get the pressure loss , which helps out with the braking

I love them. Stop real well. A hell of alot better than stock and a hell of alot better than the crappy cross and slotted I had before. The only down side is that the Hawk pads make alot of dust and it sqweeks alittle once and a while but not alot. Well worth the money. Only thing I did not get were the lines cause I am not about to go messing with some old rusty lines and then something else go wrong. LOL.
