Ok, so i got my suspension on, H & R springs, kyb gr2 struts, yes i know gr2 blah blah blah, and front and rear strut bars from gravana. car handles great now, but i also wanted to get the rksport rear sway bar which im still going to get, i just wondered will this add any noticeable difference to the setup? i put everything on at once so i cant say well i added this and noticed this etc.... but this is the only piece of my setup that i am missing and wanted to know what difference if any it would make.
It will definitely make a difference. I noticed a bit more oversteer after I installed mine, and I noticed I was able to take corners a little better.
Oversteer has to do with a combination of the front sway, rear sway and your tires. The rear sway will keep your rear end more center and keep it from rolling.
That's one of the best modifications for a J-body...can't wait till I finally order mine.

what is the BEST maker or sway bars? eibach? or somthing else?
.
.
there is no best...good ones are from RKSport, and Addco only two I haven't heard complains about fitments. if you can find a helwig its a nice bar too, but they are no longer made as I recall.

not being mean but...
dude drop the word "best" from your vocab.... almost every post, "whats the best, whos the best maker"
and every time we have to say there isnt one.... in real life, there really isnt a best... cartoons and other stuff, yea maybe.

actually it can also be done with just spring rates...
usually the stiffer the rear than in the front produces oversteer.
stiffer front thanr rear will usually give understeer, as with what we have stock.

Would i be able to do the same with my Yellows ?
yellows dont have spring rates really....
struts in extreme cases can fine tune a car if you are on the verge or over/understeer, but wouldnt reccomend it.
but normally most struts you cant change the compression stroke (the ones available for these cars) most are rebound only... if we could change bound strokes, then you could get an initial change, but its still reccomended that you do it first by springs, then by swaybar...
swaybars are always fine tuning tools, to where you get the car to handle good, but you wanna change the turn in, understeer, etc a bit.
hey how bout you stop bein the BEST jacker and start your own thread. Jesus NJ you got everything else in the world done to that car and no sway bars yet? dude you should be a mod your right behind muffins for knowning everything. lol i saw that thing you did with the hottest black guy on jbo that shiet was funny. looked like lil jon in that pic givin a big YEAHHHH! lol
