I own them. And I've driven them for quite a while now. They perform great. According to Tein adjustability is -0.8 to -2.4" from stock. There is no dampening adjustability, but I have a feeling they get stiffer the lower you set the springs (the more you compress the rod).

Ride quality is stiff. These are not for pansy asses, you will feel every bump in the road. If you live somewhere where potholes are common and rarely repaired (like Flint, Michigan for example) buy a second set of strut mounts just in case. Not that you'll need it, but I blew a rear out.

I've gone over some huge ass bumps, (accidentally of course) and never bottomed out with mine set arouind 2" of drop.

The bumps in the road will loosen panels, dashboard etc. more qucikly with this suspension.

Don't get me wrong, I love them. But I wouldn't suggest them to anyone who thinks they're going to be nice and comfy.

despite what derek says, they are better than stock, and you must remember that if you're going to modify your suspension it will change the class you run, don't forget that struts/coil-overs alone do not make a complete suspension setup
