Ok well i got my new control arm bushings in but man is it hard to get that control arm back into place are there any secrets that i might be missing to make it easier.

2 things i did...
slightly, ever so slightly dremeled like .02mm off each side of the rear bushing...the fattest bushing and used lube....
if you dont wanna go this route, anything you can do, to help slightly spread the opening a bit...
also rubber and dead blow hammers work wonders
also if you get it partially where you can see the bushing, use a screw driver...a thicker one preferably to ward against breakin a few (i'm notorious for breaking any tools craftsman, bluepoint, human or otherwise
j/p) but once its partially aligned with the hole use the screw driver to center it as best as possible.
other than that.... paitence.
Yeah. Break out the rubber mallet and have at it just like Event said. I just happen to have a punch almost the same size as the bolt (a bit smaller though). It works wonders for getting that thing perfectly lined up.
lube it and slide the big bushing in first
use angles....try and remember the angle it come out in. its a bitch unless you play the angle

1 - put the ball joint back together this is so much easier now in my expierince
2 - position the big bushing more twoards the front of the car from where it is supposed to be
3 - push the a arm in so that the smaller bushing gets started where it needs to be
4 - hit the ball join with a rubber mallet forcing the smaller bushing in place
5 - at this point you should be able to get a screwdriver in the hole of the big bushing - use a smaller one at first if thats all that will fit but use a big one to get it ligned up or it will probably bend/break on you
