I was at Summit racing and found some adjustable coilovers from Matrix. But they said
they only go up to a 2000. The 95-up suspensions are the same, right?
I swear, as loud as you are, you should be doing at least 200 mph.
Sorry, I just read the faqs. But what is your opinions on the Matrix coilovers

more than likely crap. also if you get coils you need konis, do not put them on stock struts
I definitly want the Konis

They stopped making Reds...if you find them, they are used or off a private seller. If your car is dropped 3 inches...that's just way too low and your Konis are only good for about 2" (can't remember the warranty). The reason it clunks is because your shocks is bad and aren't absorbing ANYTHING.

Yes.
Don't go with those Coilovers. Do more research on more quality products or read the Suspension FAQ.

3" is way too low. i hope your not on stock struts. anything lower than 1.5" drop should use konis w/ them. is it neccesary to get them, no. is it neccesary to change your oil, no but its along the same lines. if you want everything to function right you should get konis if your going that low.
makes sence but it still rattles hard core.. n i mean i know its not the stuts bottomin out (its doin that now) but b4 it just had a bad rattle like somthgi9n was loose ...n i checked it over twice n nothing is loose

well first you said it clunks, now your saying it rattles. where does it sound like its coming from? does it sound like its coming from the top of the suspension? my first guess would be to check the strut mounts. what kind of coils are they? if their cheap coils that could be your problem. cheap coils usually dont come w/ everything you need
Chris ... your coilovers aren't clunking they are rubbing together all the parts get some kind of silicone lubricant it will quiet the rubbing down or get rid of the noise all together mine did the same thing
what could it possibly be rubbing on? if the spring is sitting properly then it should be fine. what was yours rubbing on?
Thanks for the info. I am going to save and get ground control with Koni yellows.
