So, within the next few days i'm ordering my suspension and i had a few questions for ya'll. At this point i'm going with kyb agx and tein htech because i have the drift kit and dont want to drop too much at all as i keep repeating lol. Neway is ebay the cheapest way to buy both of these items?
Shocks
tein
I've searched a bunch but couldn't find cheaper for either. I think this is the best set up i could buy for a short drop (also considering cost
do you guys agree?
Those the same one's I'm thinking of getting.... I just hope their legit.....
I'll vouch this guy has been good:
Performance Peddler
Doesn't seem to have a full set up right now. But he's got AIM, I'm sure he'll list a full set, or quote you, if you ask. He's allways been the cheapest (by a dollar or two) in the past.
I'm hopin good things about the springs too, someone told me they were great, but i can't remember who. And since nobody has said they've even heard of anyone trying them...
im personally a fan of the Tokico D-Spec struts. ive been riding them with goldline springs for about 6 months, and the ride and look is amazing IMO. Plus the D-specs are fully adjustable with a key they give you and the key hole is in the top of each strut for real easy access.

The Tein springs guy doesn't look that wonderful, not bad, but doesn't seem to try too hard.
Gravana's allways been good to me, and others I know. But I heard some stories of them taking a long time to ship.

Is this literally "bolt on" do you think? Or would i have to take the stock setup apart?
yeah it bolts on, when you complete all the steps same as any yellow install on a J, it is not difficult as long as you pay attention to what you're doing.
i rode around for probably 3-4 months with my front struts committing suicide while i saved for what i wanted on suspension, but i ended up getting the kit from Jim because of the price, just so i did not have to do it a second time. take your time and do it right and the way you want and you won't be upset at all.
BTW couldn't be happier, going to put the rest of my goodies on today, have fun all.
