Does anybody know of a strut brace that would fit a 2005 cavalier?A straight bolt-on preferred because the car is new,and i'm not into cutting or hacking and GM just loves voiding warranties if anything is touched! I tried an oem one of a 1998 ragtop but mine has an electronic component/bracket mounted to the passenger side strut top and it interferes.
dc sports makes 1 just for the 02-05 eco's
its a pretty sweet bar ive got 1, ill see about getting a pic of it for ya
Thanks for the info and a picture would be great !!
And strut tower brace will fit. You just have to move the computer around to diffrent bolts to get it to fit. I got my GM Strut Tower brace to fit on a 2003. We just had to play around with the computer and stuff.

sorry i woulda posted a pic yesterday , but i guess the pictures didnt get saved to the computer so i have to take more
in the mountind pad they have a notch to allow for the raised area on the computer bracket , and the tube is round and has a flat portion to clear the plugs on the pcm
also the dc bar is a complete welded unit similar to the gm brace , and unlike the other bars that have the hein joint at the ends
if i cant get the pic of the g.fs eco with it , ill post the pics of the bar on my 00 2.4
What is the freedom design bar?It sounds like what i'm lookin for;and where would i look for one?
