hey guys how do i know if i have a factory alarm? and if i dont have one are any of the factory alarm parts there?

You wont really know if you have one..If you do not have a remote with the car than probibly not..There are lots of aftermarket alarms out there..Most of the systems that came with this cars were just keyless entry...

On 2000-05 cars... if the BCM has the letters "RFA" on it... you had stock keyless entry. On 95-99 cars there would be a keyless entry module (small black box) on the driver's side of the trunk, behind the carpet... with a 2-pin connector close to it, which you connect the two pins together to program new remotes.

You could read the RPO codes on the spare tire cover too... but I don't remember which one is keyless entry.... I have it on a list somewhere.... I'll have to find it.
